“Massy from Ritmos Dance Company was able to come in for a interactive workshop for both Auburn K-2 Schools. During this performance, Massy was patience with our staff, students and technology! Massy was extremely calm and ready to have fun with all of our student. After each performance at both schools both staff and students had nothing but positive feed back; "That was such an amazing performance" "I love how interactive she was with the children" "Can we have her come back for a staff dance class" "I learned so much about the different styles of Hispanic/Latino culture". “My preschool class has been fortunate enough to enjoy 8 weeks of Latin dance with Miss Massy. Miss Massy brought a positive, upbeat energy to our school and to our students. The kiddos looked forward to Miss Massy's class every week and were genuinely excited when they were reminded that " it's a Miss Massy morning!" Miss Massy seemed as though she enjoyed spending time with our school just as much as we enjoyed spending time with her. She was enthusiastic, kind and had an overall outgoing and inspiring demeanor. The music she chose kept the children engaged. She combined music and cultural education to our classroom. Children who were not familiar with the spanish language were learning words and repeating them as the weeks went on. Just wonderful!
